Compare Dividend Stocks
Compare dividend stocks side-by-side
How It Works - How does the comparison tool work?
The Compare tool puts up to ten dividend stocks side-by-side on the same axes: price, current yield, payment frequency, Basic Dividend Formula, and the projected yield-on-cost at a horizon you choose (default 10 years).
Each row gets up to three winner badges: highest current yield, lowest BDF (least capital required for a dollar of monthly income), and highest projected yield-on-cost at your chosen horizon. Ties are broken by the order you typed the tickers.
Use this to make decisions like: "Which monthly REIT requires the least capital to fund my coffee budget?" or "Of my three favorite blue-chip dividend growers, which has the highest projected yield-on-cost in 10 years?" The compare table is purely informational - we never tell you which to buy.
The optional line chart below the table shows the projected per-share dividend over time for each ticker, so you can visually see how a high-current-yield slow-grower is overtaken by a low-current-yield fast-grower over a long horizon. The crossover point - if it exists - is the most useful number on this page.
